I, Eleussizova Nurgul Toleubekkyzy, was born on January 22, 1987, in the Almaty Region. I am a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. My educational path began in 2004 when I was admitted to the “Jurisprudence” program at Al- Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2008, I obtained a bachelor’s degree in this field. From 2014 to 2016, I completed a master’s degree in “Jurisprudence” at the D. Konayev Eurasian Law Academy. Since 2021, I have been pursuing doctoral studies in “Social Work” at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. My professional career started in 2008 at the Almaty City Court. From 2008 to 2010, I worked as a leading specialist in the Department for the Organization of Court Activities and also served as a secretary of the cassation instance. From 2011 to 2013, I worked as a lawyer at “Uzynagash Gaz Montazh” LLP and “Bereke Gaz Montazh” LLP. From 2014 to 2016, I continued my legal career at “Almatygazservice-Holding” JSC. From 2016 to 2018, I worked as a lawyer at “Tauyekel-T” LLP. Between 2018 and 2022, I served as a career guidance specialist at “Zerdesh” School. In 2023–2024, I worked as a lecturer at the Kaskelen Humanities and Technical College. Since 2025, I have been employed as a lecturer at the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law, Faculty of Law, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
